leaving a kid alone at chuck e cheeze where there is video surveillance, tons of other kids, and staff that is somewhat responsible for the kids is a lot better then what many parents do when they leave their kid alone at home for a few hour. it's unlikely that anyone would try to kidnap the kid considering that they wouldn't have any real way of knowing that the kid was alone, the fact that they would already look suspicious if they entered without a kid, and that there are tons of parents there - did I mention that is video surveillance AND an employee at the door?
