Passive Chain Lightning

Does anyone knoow how to create this spell?

Passive Chain Lightning

the unit has a 50% chance to cast a chain lightning on attacked enemy, it can bounce up to 3 enemies 100 damage per bounce

its has only 1 level

Level of (Chain Lightning) for attacking unit is equal to 1
Random integer between 1 and 2 is equal to 1.
A:
Create Dummy unit at position of attacking unit
Add (Dummy Chain Lightning) to last created unit
Add a 10 second expiration timer to last created unit
Order last created unit to far seer - chain lightning attacked unit

Something like that. First you'll need a passive spell that does nothing. "Chain Lightning". Then you'll need to make a chain lightning spell (Dummy Chain Lightning) a unit spell, and set it however you want it.

I know this is months later but doesn't that have a glitch, when you don't order the unit to attack it won't work.

use a damage detection trigger

when a unit takes damage and the source is that unit and the damage is an ATTACK, then you create a dummy and order it to chain lightning the target.
