Is there a way i can make passive skill to boost certain amount of mana or health each level of the skill. Not adding attribute
 
No, you have to add a atribute. Why do you like want more health but not strength.
 
I want more health so it wouldnt increase atk also bcuz the prim att is str and yeah...dont want to change it though so if any one could hlep maybe :) it would be appreciated.
 
Ok that is possible. All you have to do for that is say a hero learns skill = to your skill, Unit - Set life(Amount). Change that to what you want.
