Today I just bought a new Mobo, processor, RAM stick, and GPU. After changing all the parts manually, PC starts normally... up until it reaches the OS logo. After a few seconds of loading, it fades to black, then my monitor light blinks (signaling it reset or turned off) then goes back to the beginning.

I doubt its a virus because my HDD (not formatted, so conflicting drivers perhaps?) loads w/o problem before I installed the new hardware. All the lights and fans turn on, (and stays that way if I enter BIOS, or whatever <del> does on modern mobos) so I doubt its PSU problems.

I can't understand the issue and its the reason why I'm failing in finding a particular solution. I need help.

Hopefully after I'm back from school, some solutions are constructed

When you change out the motherboard, you really need to reinstall Windows from scratch. Windows does not like you changing the motherboard on an existing install from my experience.
