Periodic Unit Production

Does anyone know how to make a trigger that will periodically create(not train) units whenever someone upgrades to a new structure?

Example:
I upgraded my Town Hall into a Keep. The Keep will now create units every 30 seconds.
I want this trigger work for all players. Not just one.

Anyone knows how? Thanks in advance!:)

Event- Time - Periodic - Every 30 seconds
Action- Pick every unit matching (unit type of (matching unit)) equal to Keep and do actions-
Create one footman


This will do what you want, and you just need to add another "Pick every unit matching" action for each building.
