Permanent Immolation that drains mana

So I've got myself a custom ability off of permanent immolation. I set the damage to zero and put the mana drained at 5. The weird thing is... It drains no mana. However, when I put the damage on, off it goes burning the enemies.

Anyone have any idea why this is so?

Why don't you just use an abblilty based on the demonhunters immolation?

It's either Permanent Immolation or fancy trigger work. I'm too lazy to do the triggers right now (Although I'll do that if I have to).

The spell summons a mana draining ward. Permanent immolation is the easiest solution... if it would drain mana.

Small word of advice, if you want it to work right, make it right, meaning use deamon hunters immolation and triggers.

Uh, the mana drained I'm almost sure refers to the actual spell mana usage per second, not an actual mana drain effect.

If you want to drain mana, use a brilliance aura with a negative mana effect and change the graphic for the hero aura to immolation (I assume you don't want it togglable as you were trying to base it off the perm immo skill)
