Photoshop Brush Manager

So I have way the hell too many brushes for Photoshop, and it's expanding rapidly out of control and needs to be cleaned up. I want to split some of them apart, combine other similar brushes into one set, organize them a little, etc. However I have no idea how to do this; does anyone know of a brush manager or something that I could use? Preferably one that doesn't require me to individually move every fucking brush through the Windows dialog menu, because that's like five clicks. Times several thousand.

Yeah but it the interface blows and I don't want to deal with that. I want to cycle through, delete the vast majority of them, and and combine the rest into relevant groups, and I don't want to spend fifteen hours doing it.

If you use OSX, you can use Brush Pilot. Unfortunately it's not on PC (which is stupid, because they literally would have a market twenty five times larger).
