[Photoshop] How to Recreate this Effect?

This is probably the most vaguest description ever, but here goes:

Let's say you have a picture loaded on your computer screen, you grab your screen and tilt the 'top' part closer to you and the 'bottom' part naturally tilts away. Your screen now shows the colors a bit more clearly, like the difference in barely different colors can be more clearly seen this way.

Any way to recreate this effect in PS?

Ah! Found it:
Copy merged -> Paste new Layer -> Make that new layer 30% Opacity + Color Burn = Desired effect.
