[Rank - 1] - Gives a 10% chance to get a reward from a unit. If you fail you lose 300 hit-points.
[Rank - 2] - Gives a 20% chance to get a reward from a unit. If you fail you lose 200 hit-points.
[Rank - 3] - Gives a 35% chance to get a reward from a unit. If you fail you lose 150 hit-points.

Thats my spell and i was just wondering if its possible to have a condition that tells you ability level, or some other way of getting it to work.

To be a little more specific it is called: Unit - Level Of Ability For Unit
