Ok ok ok OK I know, these isn't the most recent pictures but we gotta start form somewhere, right ?
Ok the first batch is kiiiinda simular so I won't make a comment for each individual SS
Hm..... the interface changes are nice. SCII is dark blue, Diablo III is dar red. I do miss the old interface a bit though but still, I gotta say Blizzard is dressing their new generation games in style. Also like Ioannes (a good friend of mine) said on these forums, Diablo's theme has been above all Satanic vs Christianic. Personally, FUCK YEAH if you ask me, the Christian religion in general has quite a few dark periods, and the entire construction of hell and all (at least what the relegion sais it is) is very dark and therefore it fits the DIII univers. Blizzard are making a nice bridge.
I said all of this because the body, made by satan, temptation and sinful, it's blood ord is held by the devil, where as the mental abilities are held by an angel. Just a little "notice" ^_^
Ok so there was a lot of QQ-ing that DIII had cartoony graphics. First of all, realism was never a goal for the creators. Second of all, this is creepy. The colors, the mood, the level desighn is genious. Look, just look at the first picture. Take a close look at every sharp, dark edge that hides in the pit, look at the creativity of the graves, look at the thorns, ghosts, darkness, the only light comes from small vails containing the substance that keeps you alive... to face more of this horror.
