Player-controlled fake "doodads"

Ok, players in my map can build an "Explosive Rock", which is the doodad rock, which when an enemy comes near, it autocasts an explosion. The problem is, that enemy units, when using attack-move function, automatically attack the rock.

How can I make my rock unit, so it cannot be auto-attacked by attack-move, but can be attacked by a direct command?

Check the stats on mechanical critters, I dont really have the editor out right now, but im pretty sure mechanical critter does not get auto engaged

So far, i cant make that ability to spawn another thing except sheep and pig

Or make trigger that set its owner to another player after u have make trigger that make u treat that player as Ally with Shared control and your opponent treat it as Neutral
But if your "doodad" cannot move, u can also change to Ally with shared vision
However, im only 60% sure it will work

1) Set to invulnerable.
When attacked on
set rock to vulnerable / take damage
(not sure if this will work)

Or
2) make rock = neutral passive player - ally with everyone?

Or
3)something else? Sorry if this wasnt much help
