Player Not found-Battle.net USEast

Please help me, One character on my account that I try to access says "Player not found" when I try to access him. It's been going on for 3 days now. Blizzard isn't E-Mailing me back. I played my character for about 5 hours or more every day. This can't be deleted. I don't know what I did, or what i do.. Is anyone else experienceing this problem?

yes, i'm havin that kind of problem too. i emailed blizz today. i sure hope they answer me

Make sure Diablo2 is closed, then go into the Diablo2 install folder (C:\Program Files\Diablo II\ by default) and delete the bncache.dat file. Then go into the Save folder and delete the USEast or USWest (or Europe or Asia if you're on one of them) subfolder.(Your actual character information is stored on the server, this folder just contains some possibly corrupted temprary files)
Restart Diablo2, log into battle.net, and try accessing the character again. Then post back with results.

I tried. Nothing happened. Blizzard still hasn't e-mailed.

If you haven't shut down your computer in the days since this has happened, make sure to do that, i've had that problem once, and rebooting the computer solved it.
