how do i make it so that when a unit casts slow on another unit that unit moves even slower when slow poison is used or a cold attack.

 

[DM Cross]

E: A unit casts a spell (not exact words)
C: Ability being cast equal to <whatever you want>
C: Target unit has <the slow buff>
A: Reduce movement speed of Target unit to <whatever>

Something like that.
