Please My D2 Lod Won't start!! :(

Umm.... I'd reinstall both the game AND DirectX in your case.. Just as a standard maneuver.. Not that I know if it helps or not...

When I try to run my D2 LoD I get this error.

my d2 is not working either

i have tried both my xpantion and the original and neither start when i click on the icon the screen goes black then it acts like it is starting then sends me back to my desktop and d2 is minimized and i can't maximize it

Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your video card. You can download the latest drivers from your video card manufacturers website. Also, make sure you have the latest version of Direct X installed. Finally, make sure that you dont have other programs running in the background that might be conflicting with the game. Ctrl+Alt+Del and end task on all programs except for Explorer.

If you have more problems please post back and let us know what kind of video card you have, what your operating system is, and what steps you have gone through to try and fix the problem.

d2 lod

ok every time i go to get on battle net on d2 lod it wont let me saying if useing modem you may need to connect to your isp for more info go to this site .... what do i do im really confused please help me

That message means that the game is not detecting your connection to the internet. This is usually caused by a firewall blocking the ports needed for the game to connect to Battle.net.
