Plz help me with my lag prob

yesterday i went on and in entered a game and i just started to lag(normally my fps is in the 70's) my fps was 1-2 and it wouldnt change no matter if i restarted or re-entered game and it still continues today. im not running any other progs besides dII..i also noticed that im also getting lag in DII single player and JK2...my ping is low but my fps is shit.............any help would be greatly appreciated
 
Also how much free space do you have left on the C: drive.
 
Is it one big C: drive or does it have partitions(example c:-d:-e:-ect) and if it is partitioned--how much of the c: partition is free space.
