Hey guys, hope you can help me on this one 
I'm running on XP pro and have a problem with my graphics card / ADSL modem.
My ADSL modem is an Asus USB, and my graphics card is an on-board Radeon 9200SE.
Here's the problem:
The asus works fine, but whenever I use any program that requires the use of my graphics card (online games for instance), I very, very often get a blue screen of doom ( 5 to 10 times a day). This problem only occurs when I play games. The error message is on the BSOD is always along the lines of 'DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL' and often incorporates a .sys file in connection with the modem (ameatmpc.sys, ndis.sys among others).
I'm not so good with hardware, but it sounds like there's some kind of conflict.
I have both drivers up-to-date, and the device manager tells me there is no conflict. Here's a screenshot of the device manager, if it's any help.
By looking at the resources for each device, I noticed that the graphics card and one Standard Universal PCI to USB Host Controller both share the same IRQ the other two don't)... I have no idea if this has any significant impact, I'm having a guess these 3 USB controllers are the free ones on my computer (I have 4 USB ports at the back, one of which is used for the modem, the other 3 being free).
Either way, if anyone has an idea of what the problem could be, and how to solve it, i'd be really grateful. Also note that I didn't have that kind of problem when I was using a cable modem.
