Problem with the "Issue Order" Action

I feel stupid for asking this but i dont see any way to do it. I want a unit to cast a spell (a Giant Sea Behemoth to cast War Stomp), but in the trigger "issue a command with no target" the only available war stomp command is "orc tauren chieftan - war stomp". Is there any way to make my Sea Giant cast war stomp? (If it makes a difference, the sea giant behemoth does have war stomp).

Ignore the "Orc Tauren Chieftain" bit. If the ability is based on War Stomp, using that order will activate it.
