Punkbuster Help

I keep getting kicked from servers for no reason. I dont cheat. After i am kicked it sends me back to the game listings page and says, "You have been kick via punkbuster (for 0 minutes)... RESTRICTION: inadequate o/s privilages". I have ran pbweb in my pb directory, I am the administrator for my windows XP home edition computer. I dont know what the heck is the problem. Ive been trying to fix this problem for a month now and I am hoping someone knows something now.

If you know what the problem is, I would REALLY REALLY appreciate your support,

Answer

Try to update your PB in www.punkbuster.com

OR try to l00k for Mods or other stuff you downloaded from Servers or Websites and delete them (easiest way is to reinstall it)

    Probably inflates their numbers so they look better to advertisers.

    Yeah google does not filter those bots. I remember when Apex was doing Google ads I saw the same IPs in there as I was seeing here - google is totally tracking all those bots as traffic and most google traffic, at least ours, was all bots

    The first gate is stopping all the bots that don't execute javascript.

    That's the main thing with Anubis - no Javascript, no site. Typically you can still get the site to load without Javascript.

    Real users can't really disable Javascript anymore these days.
