PvP Gear to be more accessible

With Cataclysm there are plans to streamline many aspects of the game, such as stats, gear, raids, pvp, and much more. But today we will take a look at the most recent announcement, the changes to PvP gear. The plans are to have PvP items more accessible to players, particularly Arena gear. Currently most of the current season gear requires a certain rating, and a certain amount of Arena / Honor Points. For example, the Tier 1 weapon, a 264 level weapon, requires a 1800 personal rating while shoulders will require a 2000 team rating. In Cataclysm, Blizzard has plans to remove the rating requirement on everything BUT the tier 2 weapon.
