quests how do u "set a quest??

i asked about quests ealier and how to make them this is what i was told

Quest Creation:
Event: map initialization
Conditions: none
Actions:
Create a quest with title X and description Y using icon PATH.
Set Quest1 = (last created quest)
Create a quest requirement for Quest1 with.. etc etc.
Set QuestReq1 = (last created quest requirement)

As u can see it says "Set" quest 1 and then again it says set questreq1 what dose set mean no where on the action quest selection list dose it say any thing about setting where do i go to do this is it in the quests or what?

quest1 and quest1req are variables (Clicky 1, Clicky 2!)

use the general - set variables action to set variables!
