Fixed a critical fatal error bug which occured in games where Frost Mage had used Ice Block. (Thanks to WestBeta)
Fixed a minor typo in Blessing of the Moon and Shadow Serpents.
Fixed a minor typo in Crown of Kings and units summoned by Bodyguard. (Thanks to MacMartin)
Corrected an issue with the Blood Elementals. (Thanks to WestBeta)
Corrected the damage of Whirlwind to fit the tooltip.

===Balance and Modifications===
Increased the damage of Rocket Battery from 40/70/100 to 60/90/120.
Increased the number of targets for Earth Quaker from 2/4/6 to 3/5/7.
Increased the Vampire's starting Strength from 20 to 25, and Agility from 16 to 21.
Increased the healing of Power Down from 1/2/3% to 2/3/4%, and increased the cooldown from 3 to 10 seconds.
Increased the damage of Grove's Own by 25%.
Increased the duration of Avatar of Elune from 12 to 14 seconds.
