Raise Dead Orb Effect

I'd like to make a spell that has a chance to raise a skeleton from a when the user kills the enemy.

I've tried a few things with no avail:

- Order a dummy to cast raise dead when the user kills an enemy.
Didn't work because of decay time presumbably.

- Use Orb of Lightning (new) with Black Arrows.
Didn't work because it always raised a corpse for some reason.

- Use Orb of Lightning (new) with Parasite
Didn't work because it never raised a corpse. Probably because parasite can't be casting on a dying unit.

Anyone got any bright ideas?
Preferably easy ones, I'm lazy.

You could detect when a unit summons a skeleton with Black Arrow, using the event A unit spawns a summoned unit. Then set a integer to a random number between 1 and 100, and if the integer is less than the chance of spawning a skeleton, then kill it.

Well, I would trigger it without the dummy caster.
Like, if your hero kills a unit, randomly create a skeleton and add an expiration timer to it.
Of course play some random effect and remove the dying unit, if you want to.

Orb of Slow with Orb of Darkness works, I just tried it. Be sure you lower the buff duration from Orb of Darkness (eg. to 0.01) so that it only has a chance to raise a skeleton if that hit is a deathblow (otherwise the buff will persist longer and another damage source could cause it to raise a skeleton).
