RAM help!

My starcraft crashes, I've read the faq and yet after running goldmemory, i failed the test, it mentions something about "replacing ONE of your ram sticks". I'm just wondering, does that mean my computer has 2 ram sticks? I'm no good with computers at all, hence I don't knwo how to open the case. And can my computer still run on one ram stick, instead of two?
 
If you open up your computer case and take a look at the memory slots on your motherboard, you will see how many of them are filled up, and that's how many RAM sticks you have. Yes, a PC can run with only RAM stick in it.

If you aren't comfortable with opening up your computer case, taking a look inside it and removing/replacing RAM sticks, you should probably have someone more experienced with computer hardware do all that.
