One more thing..anyway you can change it so a unit wont auto attack something you have to order it to? Like with a mortar team and their regular attack?
'Worker' classification makes the unit behaves like a Peon/Peasant etc. They only attack when ordered to. However, I think there'll be the icon at the bottom left of the screen when left idle.
Through trigger, the icon should be avoidable:

Just give them the classification in-game. Not entirely tested.
