How do I make the top player in a ladderboard win the game after determinated time?

By finding out who's currently doing best.

Assuming you have some array, holding the scores according to player number:

LeaderWins
    Events
        Time - Elapsed game time is 1800.00 seconds
    Conditions
    Actions
        Set tmpInteger = -1
        Set tmpPlayer = Neutral Passive
        For each (Integer A) from 1 to 10, do (Actions)
            Loop - Actions
                If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
                    If - Conditions
                        PlayerScores[(Integer A)] Greater than tmpInteger
                    Then - Actions
                        Set tmpInteger = PlayerScores[(Integer A)]
                        Set tmpPlayer = (Player((Integer A)))
                    Else - Actions
        Game - Victory tmpPlayer (Show dialogs, Show scores)

Should give you some idea

Note that this ignores the possibility that several players could have the same score...
