Really noob question about the Selection Brush.

Simply put, my Selection Brush isn't working. I honestly don't know why. Now, mind you, I am a very new mapmaker, but I still don't see why the Selection Brush isn't working at all.

Since I used to have the problem when I would fix problems in maps (i.e. balancing issues, fixing abilities), it didn't work before on an old computer, I tried it again on this new computer, and it still is failing to work, so I figured it must be a user error. What am I doing wrong?

Note: It won't allow me to make a selection box, either.

Try pressing ESC. Try making sure you're on the correct layer.

hit one of those and thn use the selection brush it should work
