Campbelled Eggs

This twist on scrambled eggs is a must try. Different flavors of soup can act as a base for all kinds of interesting combinations. The creamy soups give these eggs a unique texture.

  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup (try Celery, Mushroom, Potato, Clam Chowder, etc)
  • 8 eggs
  • Dash pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • Mixing bowl
  • Skillet
  • Slightly scramble eggs
  • Stir soup and eggs in mixing bowl until smooth and season with pepper
  • Heat skillet to medium/medium low
  • Melt butter in skillet
  • Pour in egg mixture
  • Cook until eggs are set
  • Slightly stir eggs occasionally during cooking to prevent sticking


  • Different soups are going to have different flavors so you can experiment with this
  • I definitely think green chiles, onions and cheese would add nicely to this dish. Especially a velveeta or processed cheese go to with the creaminess
  • Also cream cheese would probably go well with this.
  • Some Franks Red Hot sauce on this would be divine
