Easy Taco Pizza

This is quick and easy Taco Pizza using store pizza crust.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground meat (any minced meat will do)
• Olive oil for saute
• 1/2 white or yellow onion
• 1 pack of taco mix
• 1 can rotel any heat
• 1 Tomato, sliced
• Lettuce, shredded
• Mexican mix cheese
• 1 can of pizza crust
• Skillet

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 425 or whatever temperature your pizza crust instructions says
• Chop lettuce and tomato and set aside to add to top of pizza later
• Add olive oil to skillet and heat to medium - medium high
• Chop the onion and add to skillet and saute until onions softens
• Add the meat into the skillet and cook until done
• Add taco mix and water according to the taco mix instructions
• Add the can of Rotel and mix
• Lay out your pizza crust on a greased cookie sheet or pizza pan and add the taco mix to the top
• Top with Mixed Cheese
• Bake for 15 minutes or however long your Pizza Crust instructions say
• Remove from oven and top with the lettuce and tomato
