Half way thier

i played your maul, with EVERY race, ALL the way through the game. you ask for some feedback? i got tons.....


Terrain

ok, for the most part this is some good terrian just a few notes here, first across the top of your map it reads RED V S BLUE writin in doodads. thier is one problem with this, the word blue is writin' in ice traps, well they all don't all go off at the same time, and look quite frankly like shit. replace those with some sort of blue fire. the two land slivers at the top dividing RED, BLUE, and TEAL have some terrain, but one has doodads, balance it out. last but not least, add a tad more water. that's all for terrain.

Races

Ight, so we got, Blue team, Red team, Mercs, RvB Staff. Blue is damn near perfect GRATS FOR HOBO!!!!(realy dude no joke good job). Red team how ever can use some help, you need to increase the damage on ALL the towerz by just a bit, for red team lacks the power it needs in later levels. RvB Staff, is the AA race no doubt, so cut back on thier land effectiveness so they dont dominate other races. Mercs, just suck, they are the most useless race, if it werent for TEX you might as well just watch, you'l do more damage. i suggest, redoing this WHOLE race. it will be the easiest way to fix it.

Tool Tips

For your tooltips, you mainly decribe the roll of the TOWER in the MOVIES Red Vs. Blue, this is great, and i might add made me laugh a few times, but realy the tool tips need to explain what the TOWER does, not the charectar. also i liek hwo you added hotkeys!

Ultima Towers

all your ultima towers are pretty good, but church has a problem, he cant target fast enough, i dont know how to fix this or if you can, but he kills thigs EXREMYL FAST, and then it takes him aobut TWO seconds to find a new target, that doesnt sound like much, but in game time, that's a eternity. and the ultima for the red team is waaaaay to weak. add some serious splash or more slow, something becuse i had around 25+ of these at gray and they stilled failed to kill every thing. other than that, the other 2 ultima's are set and goos to go!

Extremly Odd Stuff

i was playing through the first time, and well i was IMMORTAl, i had infinate chances, i lost at duke winter maul with -367 chances i was like wtf? a few other things, you need to tweak the pathing of pink n Green, if you build on the TAGET spot, they attack, even if you dont block.

Tweaking

The air pathign still needs a lot of help, and you seriusly need to cut back the number of air units...... its insane. the loading screen also needs a few fixes, like, dude calm down your colors i nearly had a sezuire when i read it!

Overall

Overall i'de say your half way thier! you got a brillant idea for a maul, just need some more work, and dude seriously GOOD JOB!, i might have sounded a bit harsh up thier, but i was brining out the worst so you could fix it! i mean damn dude, if it werent for the fact that i palyed ot for 4-5 hours non-stop, i'de go play it agian! overall 7/10 HALF WAY THIER!!!

pretty good overall, i love rvb even though i've only seen a few episodes...
CABOOSE is funny, anyway, good terrain and its a faily well balanced map, except cut back on air or more AA for blue

as for terrain, im probably coing to compleatly redo it so where it doesn't resemble a wintermaul td....and the blue fire...it doesnt even look right because of all the smoke...

for tool tips..im going to be updating all of them and adding a famous line for each of the towers (famous line being a well known line from teh episodes)

ultimate towers...i've never noticed church's target time...ill check that

and for the chances...i have no idea..it worked everytime i tested and the first time i tried it on battle net

pathing..i was gonna compleatly redo that along with the terrain

loading screen i will...lol

and for air..i actually have 17 spawn instead of the regular 20...so ill go back to 15 and try that

i also have a ChangeLog on the freewebs site for all the changes i made..in case someone is interested....

I havent played ur map yet, but about 2, but as a suggestion, instead of using fire, modifly the tile set so you have lava and the ice tile, and spell out the bases that way.

Use the fire traps (fire trap Blue and Fire trap) and have a trigger controlling their animations... so they like show for 4 seconds and hides for 2 and so on

i decided to use the tileset thing and it worked awsome! it looks really kewl and now it also appears on the mini-map

Maps good u have some good towers and u balanced the teams ok but i really hate pathing of this map its really annoying the units have buggy movement and antistuck towers are bad they steal a lot

thx for the feedback...as for the pathing...i have no idea why its doing that..but for the next version im planning on compleatly redoing it...also...the Anti-Stuck...i have it at a 15 second cooldown...
can you think of a better way?

ill think about it...and plus...all kills/gold go to grey...so where he at least gets some kills

HAvent played it (no time) but an idea for an Anti stuck, could be your builder hvaing an abillity where he teleport a unit a little longer forward (or backwards or wutteva) i think that should do it
