region condition

i want to make a trigger thats like.

player-player1red types get me out of here as an exact match
player-player2blue types get me out of here as an exact match

condition unit in regionX

unit-move unit instantly to regionX

i cant find a condition that is anything like that.
help pls. thx

also may be this:

one, that wasnt exactly what i was looking for but what i diddo is:
i made a custom unit nd made my barakks train it. the unit cant do anything except pickup items. and its the only unit that can enter the maze. so thx.
