I have tried a bunch of stuff and haven't been able to convert it. So if someone please convert the .swf in the link to a Gif? It's the .swf format of my Avatar (I seem to have lost the original sized .gif files)

Crop: It'd be cool if you could crop it so it just shows the guy dancing.
