[Request] Map Loading Screen

hi there =)
i'd like to request a loading screen for my map

Details:

1) place the pictures on the sides
2) each picture should have a label ex: Night Elf
3) In the middle of everything, place the map name: "Age of Chaos"
4) put "made by Manee" below the title
5) place ur name wherever u want =) (or beside my name put--- Loading Screen made by ???)

here are the pictures(choose 1 high elf pic and please edit the eye of the blood elf and turn it to blue so that it will look like a high elf):

High Elf 3
Night Elf
Orc
Troll
Undead
Goblin

other requests:

can u make 2 versions of this? one in jpg and one for a high resolution loading screen

please make the size low as possible too
