make sure the game is patched to 1.5 and get a new driver for that vidcard ..
but i doubt it will run even then

that vidcard is one huge bottleneck for the game

good call on that one. Definatly upgrade the card . rest is sufficiant. the upgrade will be well worth it for anything you run as far as games or vidio and youl be glad you did it. i would go for a low end 128 or even a high end if you can afford it . just do you wont have to upgrade again anytime soon ya know.

Dont forget to heap it.

Remember to change your target command in the hortcut's properties to something like

"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 1942\BF1942.exe" -heapsize 128000

It makes the game run faster, and keeps the moon from falling
