I want all of these actions but I do not want my postion given away because I don't have a town hall what do I do?? to keep all the properties except the revealing??

The Enforce Victory/Defeat conditions is the one that does that. You could probably make your own though.

So make one. It's not exactly a difficult trigger... and very similar ones have been made previously many times, if you search.
