Rune of Recall?

I want to make a Rune of Recall, like if you pick it up, you can select a target area just like the Recall ability.

But if i for example take the Amulet of Recall and activate the "Use automatically when aquired" it will just recall the units around the hero to the hero itself.
(they will only get closer to the hero).

Both.
Work just the same, use ability, choose a "region",
anything friendly inside is "recalled" to the caster.

But if i take say rune of healing, and replaces the "heal" ability with "Item Recall", it wont let me select a target.

I've also made a trigger so when the hero picks up a Rune of Recall it will use itself, but that doesn't work either.
