Running Homebrews on Nuance?

The description for Nuance on the download page says it can be used to run homebrews. But from the documentation, it appears that the game has to be named Nuon.run and all the homebrews are in Nuon.CD format. Is it possible to run homebrews on the emulator?

Yes it is - I had my Breakout demo running in the emulator. It's been so long, that the setup is on an older PC. I can try to refresh my memory.
