Sargeras' Lieutenants

The page about the history of Warcraft III says that Sargeras had 2 lieutenants.
Is it correct that those 2 lieutenants are Archimonde and Kil'Jaeden?
If that is correct, then Kil'Jaeden is the new master of the Burning Legion.
I want to ensure this so that I can use that information for my level.

Illidan called Kil'Jaeden "one of the last great demon lords." It was he who commanded Illidan to destroy the Frozen Throne.

Also, what do you think his reaction would be against the Blood Elves and Naga? Would he punish them as well? Or would he only try to punish Illidan? (and fail, of course, since Illidan is dead)

I think he would try to open a portal to the earth (perhaps with the help of others) to send his armies to it, and pulverise the Blood Elves.
The Blood Elves can keep Kil'Jaeden to open a gate, but the threat isn't over yet…

I thought that too, but then it's much less exciting. Also, they should have to fail, because otherwise Warcraft III would have one race less according to my story.

Don't forget that the Blood Elves and Naga tried to invade Outland, and that they dealed many losses to the burning legion. Also, if Kil'Jaeden hadn't trusted Illidan and his servants, he could possibly have destroyed the Frozen Throne himself.

well there's where the plot holes start to appear. These demon lords are capable of doing all these things themselves, but for some weird reason they get "inferior beings" to do them instead, and then they get really pissed off when they fail.

Those demon lords suffer from a severe case of stupidity...

Only now I remember that it's not that easy to teleport to a world thousands of light-years far. What Illidan faced was only some kind of mirror image; in the cinematics he was a bit transparent.

Err, in fact, that sounds pretty much like the story of Reign of Chaos.
However, at the other hand, I'm not obligated to make Kil'Jaeden succeed in sending his troops to the earth. Or not many.


In any case, Kil'Jaeden must not fall in my episode.
