Its difficult to put effects on a pic like this though..
You can't cover it too much, and smudging or other stuff will ruin the Whimin

no... I am threatening them before hand. So that I don't see any of them.

If someone is dumb enough to say who they are donig they just screwed themself over. Unlike most I prefer following that rule.
