PRESENTING:

SEA FIELD now VERSION 1.0D ( see updates)

A Game Inspired by Battleship Series And heavily by Navyfield. this map emphasizes more on teamplay and tactics
unit controls a ship which has numerous abilities.

Players : 6 vs 6

How to play: unlike Battleship types of maps. this one doesn't use items

your ship has skills : 2 3x barrel cannons, 1 scout, 1 repair, 1 flare, smoke screen. and an anti air cannon(the only skill that has auto)

Difference Between battleships and Aircraft Carriers:
Battleships can take more punishment, while Carriers cannot.
Carriers has more Hit Point Regeneration than Battleships.
Battleships has a longer sight range compared to Carriers.
Carriers are slower compared to Battleships.
Battleships has a passive anti air guns while Carriers don't.
Battleships has a flare, and also has SAM.
Team that scores 25 kills wins.

There is no Respawn Time, if you die you'll respawn immediately.

**scout can now see invisible units
**** AA guns attacks "visible" Naval Mines automatically, just dont go near it , if it dies it will still explode.
*** I did not change the Repair Ability when Full HP it will still cast Repair (so dont press it)

Aircraft Carriers has Arrived.
Bombers will be using *Smart* Timed-Torpedoes
BattleShip Gets Surface- Air- Missiles
I did mention that there will be air"crafts".. but I did not say they are airplanes.(good thing too since i hated how the sliding system works.*the move instantly part*)

all air *crafts* are gyro *copters*, that is why they can hover at one place..

Hmm, could you give more info? So does the whole team control one boat? Or everyone gets their own boat. I'll give this a try if I have some time today.

It has no items because I based it "heavily" from Navyfield
a Tactical Game.

at that game
I'm using alaska-class battlecruiser. there... pretty much every other person out gunned and out ranged me.

and ryuji aircraft carrier is awesome.. enough planes to destroy a battleship

I wish i could. I can't use battle.net they said they banned me.

I only use something similar Like GG Client.

yeah, do not listen (ever ever) to cemeh, he (she) is always giving bad comments and once we give some to his map, he starts to cry here and there!

But looks awesome, somekind of easy map with no ''stress'' about who will win, as nice as Ace's mini-demos :D

Good job, ima try ASAP!

Ok, just tested.

- Maybe add AI?
- Fix some typos (add color for nicer descriptions)
- give mana to cannons (so it is harder to use them a lot and a lot of time)
- make the repair thing create peasants if the hull is damaged, that way, one will not misclick the button and have to wait if his ship get damaged in the following seconds.

Other then that, terrain, triggera and everything is nice :D

Good job!!

AI. i think its impossible for me. I don't know how to make an AI.

I can Imagine How a group spam alot of cannons in one target. so yes I will take your Idea into account.

- maybe if i do condition If casting unit has hp equal 100%=true, order unit to stop. Oh and i will switch/swap places Scout and Repair Icon.

Btw, i wanted to add Naval Mines.. but Mines only explode if a ground(foot) unit walk pass them. so it doesnt work, any ideas how to make those mines explode?

unit comes to less then XX distance to unit type (called naval mine for you!!).

order triggering unit to kaboom - goblin.

should work!

I dont know how to say this but.. what is the variable for "unit" in that trigger... cant seem to find it. in the trigger variable same as distance( but we will be using a constant)

I will try to make the trigger with my own ability first. if I can't I will ask help from you ^^, it should be a practice not to rely on others if one can do it himself/herself.

BTW, whats the event response for that "Naval Mine"

u could make if a unit enter playable map area and unit is naval mine, it set a unit variable as triggering unit and after, if unit comes within 10 of range to naval mine (unit variable) then make the unit use Kaboom?? Not sure of the effeciancy of this trigger (not sure if it works).

(IN 2 different triggers btw!!)

Thanks for the Hint... But after thinking about it.

DO a ship really sink instantly if it is blown by a Landmine?, And I think...

So Changing the idea.. to a trigger based Statis Trap, Yes, STATIS TRAP WORKS~! then dummy units.. and stuff..

    The bots will show up as users online in the forum software but they do not show up in my stats tracking. I am sure there are bots in the stats but the way alot of the bots treat the site do not show up on the stats

The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
