Searing Arrows not bonus damage

*facepalm* This doesn't even need triggers.

Copy the ability Poison Arrows. Set its Damage Per Second to your intended damage. Set its Extra Damage to -9999999 or so. Set its duration to 0.02. Give it to your unit. Done!

Make sure your unit is based on a ranged unit; Poison Arrows is glitchy like that.

(I kinda wish I'd decided to test that 3 pages ago. )

I have another question is there a event when a unit has tauren cheiftains revive and is dead waiting for the revive time?
