selectively disable facebook

I would like to disable facebook on websites other than facebook (ex: TH.) - basically disable the "like this on FB" button that too many websites now have, is there any good way of doing this while allowing me to use facebook if I go directly to facebook.com? is there some sort of FB setting? hosts file edit? firefox extension? anything?

You could utilize Noscript and block Facebook until you want to use it.

blocking facebook completely is easy, but I want to be able to access it when I go to facebook without having to enable/disable something each time
