Server Issues still?

I thought this was patched a while ago, I haven't touched my Diablo 3 game for months maybe even a year (Im not sure how long the games been out). The game still won't let me get past the the mission after talking to leah at the very beggining of the game without disconnecting or whatever. Is there a way to fix this or are they still having server issues?

That's weird. Tried sending a support ticket to Blizzard?

It worked later on during the day, but at one period it was just like launch. Im not sure if my internet was slow, it seemed normal when opening sites at that time, I tried after it disconnected me a few times.
