In need of immediate advice and/or guidance re; Host of my site has taken my site(bought and paid for)down!!!! Story so far.....
On our last meeting 11th july 2002,i supplied the above free of charge with a 1hour service,(usual fee £150), and an additional service for approx.5-10mins(Extra fee). Also two additional services (Extra fee), in return for him to do me a favour no later than 12th July 2002. The urgency due to the fact that problems at [name removed] the week before meant my site had been down for 6 days, and one of my employees was desperate for work!
After no word i tried continuously to contact D. but his phone was deferred to his answerphone so(as per attachment) i queried the progress still no response....
On 13th July 2002 i was informed by a client that my site was no longer available, so 6 days and many ignored phone calls/e-mails later i am still without a site and D's refusal to even give me info to take my site to a new host...
Please advise a.s.a.p. PLEASE!!
