Share Minerals?

How do I modify the option to share resources between allies?

• If possible I want to make it only possible to request / send minerals
• (I'm not playing melee games, so I do not know how it works, but I assume that it is something like clicking and it increases the value send by 100 - if that's so, I want to modify that value)

I remember it being in game play constants in WC3. I have not looked at the interface stuff in SC2 yet.

I think I found it:

        UI - Allow resource trading for Minerals
        UI - Set the Minor Step for Minerals to 5
        UI - Set the Major Step for Minerals to 50
