Ok, I'm aware that other people have had similar problems but here it is anyway. I have a DSL connection and I share the connection with my other comps through a linux server (it has two network cards, one for internal and one for external, blah blah). Anyway, I set up starcraft: broodwar to run on two of my comps. I can log into battle.net fine go to chatrooms and talk to myself. The problem I have is that if I try to join the same game on both comps they seem invisible to each other (can't see what one comp says in the dialog box on the other) and I'm pretty sure the game can't even start. When I try to create a game with one comp the other comp can't join. The solutions to this problem that I read about suggested ICS or NAT, but is there anyway to do this kind of sharing or something between two client comps? BTW: I have a firewall on my linux comp to filter the connection which is a pain to set up and change the settings.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
