how do you make a skill that when you click on it it selects everyone in 600 range and all get casted on with siphon mana

dummy units, one per unit in 600 range... and um, give all the mana they get to the hero.

create 1 dummy unit for every enemy unit within 600 of the casting unit. Dont even tell me you dont know how to use dummy units DO A FORUM SEARCH

i know how to create dummy units and that stuff but i don't know how to do make it create one for each unit within 600 range

Replace the (1) with Unit - Count units in group

i see and how do you make each dummy unit cast it on each person in the area i know how to make it so the dummy unit casts on a certain target but multi targets i have no idea what to do

Random unit matching condition, unit has buff equal to true...
