Slow wind walk ability

Hello, this is my first question so I hope I'm doing it right

I want my custom wind walk to slow the user instead of giving him a bonus to move speed. I cannot use negative number on the speed bonus and when I add the buff Slow, it has no effect on the movement of the hero.

Maybe you can use an ability based off banish, and change the buff and art to seem like wind walk. But then again, it'd have other effects too. Play around with it a bit.

in preferences there's a select that enable negatives number in editor:
try this on

click ppreferencesin editor, then click"enable negative values" and you will be able to put a - in front of the move speed.
