I appreciate the support! I just wanted to get the ball rolling by letting people know this is close to happening (we've already got the license and have completed a bunch of new graphic design for everything), so getting the word out for now is great. I will try to follow up with an actual pre-order page soon, but it may take a few days. I don't use FB but did just start a Twitter account this week: https://twitter.com/SongbirdPro . From what I gather this is correct. IS3 was already mastered so it would just need to be duplicated. I don't think Songbird is updating any code in the game rather just doing new packaging and manuals and such.

Correct; no changes have been made to the game files on the disc. We're going to replicate the existing disc. I also do not have any special tools or encryption for NUON.
