I'm wondering how to make 2 TOB'ish abilites.

I don't know how to make a poison item that releases the effect on the next attack or spell that you cast. Almost like the Inquisitor's smite ability.

I also want to make a skill like The Golden Path only using Impale animation.

Sorry if these are common knowledge. I'm guessing with a few triggers.

Golden Path = Stampede with small AoE and many summons
Smite = Triggered ability, when you cast something instant cast (Such as Roar/Thunder Clap) it gives you some sort of damage increase abilities, either using triggers to make the unit deal bonus damage or add something like claws of attack ability to the unit (Remove after next attack)
