Spawn more than one unit?

Is there a way to spawn a group of units when u buy just one. Like, per say u wanted to buy a squadron of troops. How would u do that?

With triggers my friend.

Use the event "unit finishes training a unit" (or w/e it's called).
Set a variable point on the unit to prevent leaks.
Create your other units there.
Remove the leak.
There you go!

  • Actions
    • Unit - Create 5 Footman for (Owner of (Buying unit)) at (Position of (Sold unit)) facing Default building facing degrees

The action leaks a point, but that is roughly what you want. Put a condition comparing (Sold Unit) to (footmen Squadron) or something.
